Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:


  • Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. 
  • Shipping rates will be verified on checkout.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from time of purchase, this allows for proper processing time. 
  • Embroidered/Speciality items may take an additional 1-2 weeks to ship. 
  • Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. 
  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of check-out. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. (Note: if you realize the error prior to your order shipping, email us immediately (within 24 hrs) at contact@wegotyoucoverd.org). 
  • We Got You Cover'd is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is returned to the WGYC facility due to an invalid or incorrect address, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees before the order can be shipped to the correct address.
  • If a package is sent back to our warehouse, we will provide a full refund, but the full cost of shipping the items back to us will be deducted.
  • You will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please refer to this email for an update on the status of your shipment. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update the most current information. 
  • We hope your package NEVER gets lost (this happens more frequently than you would think), but in the event your package goes missing during transit, we suggest you reach out to USPS or UPS to resolve any issue. This is completely out of WGYC's control.
  • Once your order is processed, WGYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you (as much as we want to)!

International Shipping:


  • We do ship internationally! Yessss Coverd Queen! Please check the shipping rates at checkout. Shipping times and shipping rates vary from country to country, you can checkout as normal on our website. (Note: duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee. Customer will be responsible for those charges). Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if one exists, for goods imported into the destination country. These fees are collected at the time of delivery. We Got You Coverd is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. WGYC is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
