Refund policy
Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of delivery of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received- unworn and unused; All returns must meet specific criteria: items must be free from scents or stains caused by make-up, perfume, deodorant, animals, cigarettes, etc. Additionally, the original tags and packaging are essential. A receipt or order number serves as proof of purchase and is necessary for all returns. Start Here

Prior to returning the product, a return request must be submitted and approved. The customer bears all responsibility for return shipping and handling costs. Failure to request a return request beforehand will result in the non-acceptance of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and health reasons, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns on socks, including compression socks. Ensure ordering the correct size by measuring your calf and foot for an accurate fit. We appreciate your understanding.
While we are a modest apparel brand, it's important to note that we do not accept returns for perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as customized or personalized items and personal care products like soaps and beauty products. All final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The exchange process can only proceed once the product return is accepted. Upon acceptance, you'll receive a refund, enabling you to place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We'll inform you upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Eligibility for a refund will be determined then. If approved, funds will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware, we have no influence over your banking or credit institution's processing time. If 15 days pass post-approval without communication from us, please contact your banking facility before contacting us at returns@wegotyoucoverd.org.
